How to ask about cancellations, damaged items, returns, and exchanges for a confirmed order.
Return terms are confirmed with the order.
This site currently takes availability and order inquiries rather than processing purchases. Before accepting payment, we will provide the return and cancellation conditions that apply to the specific order in writing, including any request deadline, eligibility, shipping responsibility, and refund method.
If those conditions have not been supplied, ask for them before making payment. This page does not waive rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
How to request help
Email [email protected] with the confirmed order reference, your name, the affected item and option, and the reason for the request. Include photographs when an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed description. Do not send payment-card information.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Contact us promptly after you notice the issue. Keep the packaging and the item while we review your message. We will discuss the appropriate resolution based on the confirmed order and applicable rights; a request does not automatically mean a refund or replacement has been approved.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
The availability of change-of-mind returns and exchanges depends on the written conditions supplied before purchase. Where permitted, retain labels and packaging and do not wash, alter, or use the product while arranging a return. Wholesale orders may have different terms, which must be agreed separately.
Do not send an unarranged return.
Wait for written return instructions and the correct destination. The business contact address is not an automatic returns warehouse. Return postage responsibility, tracking requirements, and any applicable charges must be stated before you send the parcel.
Cancellations and refunds
For a confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. The options depend on the order’s status and agreed conditions. If a refund is agreed, the written confirmation will state the amount, method, and processing expectations. No refund processing time is promised before review.
