A little care goes a long way.
Plush & Clothing Care
Practical guidance for plush, fabric accessories, and removable toy clothing. The individual care label always comes first.

Start with the label.
Plush fibers, stuffing, trims, and clothing can have different care requirements. Before cleaning, read the manufacturer’s sewn-in label and any instructions supplied with the item. A photograph or soft texture does not establish that a toy is machine washable.
If the label is missing or unclear, ask for the exact product’s care instructions before applying water, detergent, heat, or disinfectant.
Gentle everyday care
Keep items away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Store in a clean, dry place and inspect seams, attachments, and clothing fasteners regularly. Stop using an item with loose parts or damaged seams until it has been appropriately assessed.
Surface cleaning, when permitted
If the individual label allows surface cleaning, test the permitted method on a discreet area first. Use a clean cloth and only the amount of moisture and cleaner allowed by the instructions. Blot rather than scrub and avoid saturating the filling. Do not assume surface cleaning disinfects a toy.
Drying
Follow the product’s drying instructions. Do not tumble dry, use a hair dryer, or place a plush toy on a heater unless explicitly permitted. Allow all layers to dry fully before storing or using the item.
Removable clothing and fabric accessories
Remove clothing only when the product is designed for removal. Read the clothing label separately from the toy label. Close permitted fasteners, avoid stretching fabric, and use only the washing, drying, and ironing methods specified for that garment. We do not sell a separate clothing collection unless listed in the catalog.
Bag charms and attached accessories
Protect clips, cords, and other hardware from soaking or heat unless the care instructions allow it. Check attachments before use. Bag charms and accessories are not automatically suitable as toys for young children.
Choosing for a child
Check the exact manufacturer’s age recommendation and warnings. Do not treat catalog descriptions as a safety rating or place plush toys in an infant’s sleep space. Questions about an item’s suitability should be resolved before purchasing.
